Hi Reader! Amazon Influencer changes fast. This is the first issue of a new monthly series where I round up the big changes that matter, so you’re never the last one to know. Here’s what’s new this month, and how to leverage it: Big Software Updates(contains affiliate links) Cha-Ching Sales (free) rolled out a huge update that shows you exactly how much you’ve earned on each individual product.
I worked with the developer, Chris, on the design for this one specifically so it would do two things well: show you which products are actually making you money, and let you track your investment products over time. It is so cool!! Detailed demo coming to my YouTube channel soon. ViralVue recently added 3 awesome ‘history’ tools to help you make more strategic decisions:
Oink Pro just added a massive update to its product research functionality. This was just released today, so I’m excited to try it out in the next few weeks. (code CLAIRE get’s 10% off pro) Creator Kit: New software built to help you find deals worth sharing and search Creator Connections more efficiently, especially handy if you’re hunting for products to post offsite. New resources to learn from
LyPad Academy, from Andy Ly: Andy makes $20k-40k a month in the program, and a big part of that comes from building a team of virtual assistants to help him get more done in fewer hours. His new course, HireUp, teaches exactly how to hire, train, and leverage a virutal assistant in your business. I used his approach to hire my own VA and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my business this year.
Claire + Nicole Vincent + Podcast = The Storefront Strategy Podcast! Nicole and I have been sharing Amazon Influencer Strategy on YouTube for a while, and you can now catch those episodes on Apple Podcasts or Spotify. Amazon updatesNo major platform change to report this month, but a note on ViralVue’s placement history tool: Amazon regularly tests new videos tagged to a product, and to make room for that test, it will rotate off older videos, including ones that are performing well. If the video is still outperforming the new ones, Amazon tends to bring it back. So a video dropping off the carousel isn’t automatically a sign something’s wrong with it. What top earners are focused on right nowI’ve been asking top-earning influencers what’s top of mind for them now, and three things keep coming up:
